This is the opposite: the symptom you'd search for in the title, and the fix that actually worked, written down while it was fresh.

Are these fixes verified?

Entries marked “verified” were confirmed to work on the specific hardware or software described. A fix that only partially helped is labelled a workaround, and an unsolved problem is labelled open — we don't claim a problem is solved when it isn't.

Will a fix work on my exact device?

Maybe. Each entry names the device and platform it was tested on. Symptoms that look identical can have different causes, so always read the full write-up and back up your data before attempting hardware or filesystem repairs.

How do I report a correction?
