Secure clipboard sync from Mac to Windows

Clipboard Transfer syncs your clipboard from Mac to Windows over your local network using SSL/TLS. Copy text or screenshots on your Mac, and they appear on your Windows clipboard automatically—fast, private, and simple.

What it does

Text sync - Copy any text on Mac, paste on Windows immediately
Image/screenshot sync - Transfer screenshots and images seamlessly
OCR (Windows) - Optional text extraction from screenshots using PaddleOCR
Encrypted transfer - All traffic is sent over SSL/TLS

How it works (simple)

Mac (Sender) monitors your clipboard and sends changes to Windows.

Windows (Receiver) listens for incoming clipboard content, updates your clipboard, and saves screenshots.

Windows build status: The Windows app is currently experimental and may not work yet. PyInstaller packaging is in progress, and the receiver is being updated to auto-generate SSL keys on first run.

Quick setup

1) Start the receiver (Windows)

Run the receiver first so the Mac sender can connect.
Allow firewall access for the receiver on port 65432 if prompted.

2) Configure Windows IP (Mac)

Edit src/cb_sender.py and set SERVER_IP to your Windows machine’s LAN IP.

3) Start the sender (Mac)

Run the sender, then copy anything on your Mac to sync it over.
