macOS doesn't have a built-in keyboard shortcut to dismiss notification banners. If you use Reminders, Calendar alerts, or any app that puts persistent banners on your screen, the only way to get rid of them is to click the tiny close button with your mouse.
BannerSweep fixes that. One keyboard shortcut dismisses the topmost notification banner on your screen, so you never have to take your hands off the keyboard.
Press Cmd+Escape (default, customizable) and BannerSweep instantly dismisses whatever notification banner is currently on your screen. That's it.
Cmd+Escape, fully customizable to any key combinationComing soon. BannerSweep is currently in final testing. The download link will appear here once it's ready.
